pr3-3 head

I recently bought a itr, i was told it had a b20 sawp with a type r head, it got here and the head is a pr3-3, which i thought were from civic si can anyone clear this up

Head on the B16A2 and B18C5 should be the same except for the intake valves.

Talking about the head, the casting?

because,,,
cams- diff
springs- diff
LMA- not 100% sure.

the head is 99.99 same.

It could be from a Civic Si or an ITR. Look for green paint on the head near the distributor, this was specific to the ITR head (although I suppose it could be faked pretty easily if someone wanted to).
