Entry fee hasn't been announced just yet and YES, you can bring any car you like as long as it passes a safety inspection.

I'm from Canada, and I would love to come and join but my ITR is boosted. Is EXPO is for N/A only? sorry for the question I don't know the requirements.

If your car can pass the saftey/tech then it's all good for track.
There has been a few boosted R in past Expos, nothing new.
Be sure to come, I don't mind rolling a boosted R with my nearly stock POS
