That is really cheap already. The best that I can do is $200 shipped.
I bought them new from Kenji less than half a year ago and there is a sticker with my name on the ECU itself. I will try to take some pics of it tml.
I just sold "eluam" the amber radio and I shipped it right away when I recieved the payment. Maybe he can vouch for me?!?!
Also Mugen_DC2 from H-T is a very good friend of mine. He can definitely vouch for me too.

Unfortunately you are correct. It will not work on a 00-01ITR. Only 97-99.
