cluster change?

If you take a jdm cluster and install it into a usdm vehicle, do you have to change or adjust anything? Like will the coolant and gas gauge still work correctly? What about if the tach goes 2000rpm's higher

I installed a JDM cluster in mine and it worked just fine

No adjustments. Only functional difference is it's in KMH.
