Ive seen everything from like 156ish/112ish to 163ish/118ish.
There used to be a page, Integra Dyno Center that had all sorts of dynos of Integras including Rs, but it has moved and the new page just seems to pop up ads everywhere. There are some stock ITR dynos on http://www.bseries.net/html/dyno/NA.php as well to check out.

Do not blow compressed air into your mouth or ears.

For a few dyno curves on Integras, you can check out the two following sites:
http://www.dynocenter.com/home.html
and the 1.8 Litre section of the dyno charts section at
http://www.importreview.com/main.html
However if you aspire to truly aspirate some serious quantities of air for some scary hp numbers, check out this site. I think they make 168 hp at idle!

Just put two 4 cylinder motors in.
