Happy fuggin Friday, foos.
Anybody want to come to Canadia and buy my ITR rims from me? They're Canadian so that means that they automatically keep your tires cooler than American rims. Hence preventing premature wear. It's true! Don't believe me? Ask science.
HA!

On a tech note... WHAT A PITA it is to install the Edlebrock IM and 65mm TB in the car. PITMFA!!! Had to relocated the Fuel Filter bracket a bit.

Re: The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.
Did you get the Edlebrock 65mm TB as well? If so, you will most likely have to do the same thing I did, move the fuel filter bracket closer to the battery. What I did was use the left most bolt hole and took the bottom off the "peg" Now I can clear the TPS sensor on the TB. Otherwise, it's right up against it.coolhandluke wrote:I look forward to messing with mine. I really do haha.Dave_B wrote:Good Monday morning fools! Angela got a jobie!!! Starts on the 8th! WOOT!!! I suggest building the IM before installing in the car, much MUCH easier that way. And don't forget the teflon tape as well for all the fittings.

Re: The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.
Yes, I got both through Marc. I plan on running an inline filter, so I don't think I'l have the same issue. The plan is to get the motor completely assembled before putting it in the car. This minimize headaches like this one, Timing belt components installation, and others. Which fittings in particular need teflon?Dave_B wrote: Did you get the Edlebrock 65mm TB as well?
