If I put this on a 95 GSR will the airbag still work?

this will fit on all dc2's and to make the airbag work its all up to you.

Do you have the long metal brackets to hold up the side skirts?

yes i do have the metal bracket, but you can screw the sides to the oem sideskirt. its the same thing.
