97 ITR For Sale

1997 Type r For Sale (this is a Genuine USDM Type R with Genuine Type R Badge)
Car is very clean, very good condition and never been in an accident. Paint is in good condition and it has some dents (previous owner did not keep it garaged)
Under 65k
The car had a full tune up with all Genuine Honda factory parts (new timing belt, water pump, fuel filter, gaskets, dist. Cap, spark plugs, spark plug wires, thermostat. etc.).
Newly replaced brake pads.
Fluids had been flushed/changed prior to storage (radiator, tranny, oil)
Security:
• Clifford Alarm System w/ keyless entry
• Detachable Steering Wheel with Security Key (lock)
Miscellaneous:
• Momo Tuner Steering Wheel (red stitching)
• Red “H” aftermarket horn button w/ aftermarket real carbon fiber ring
• Philips Brand HID Headlights (after recently testing the lights, one of he ballast is no longer working- which can easily be replaced)
Performance Parts:
• Hytech Exhaust http://www.hytechexhaust.com
• Hytech Header
• Renault high flow catalytic converter
• Comptech Ice Box
• K&N lifetime air filter
• Front “Brembo Sport” Cross Drilled Rotors
The car is in stored in my closed garage (currently on jack stands). The car is ready for tuning with the following parts already installed (all parts recommended by Andrea Koury of Evans Tuning- http://www.evans-tuning.com)
• RC 440cc injectors
• Walboro 190lph
• Full Race Adjustable Cam Gears
• Laser “Moon” cut JDM ITR valve cover to accommodate the adjustable cam gears
*Please advise that the car stayed in my garage right after all these parts were installed. Had to purchase my parents house and I had no money to keep two cars insured.
**All parts are installed by a professional Mechanic

When comparing to a GS-R yes, but not for a 97' in this condition. 1 of ~355, much of who are no longer on the road due to theft or accidents. The mileage and condition of the vehicle speaks volumes as well. The price is spot on. If this had been for sale in August-October I would have bought it. Instead I picked up my shell and I'v spent well over that amount.
