yeah, i normally stay far away from that stuff and for a long time didn't drink any soda other than a very occasional ginger ale, but recently I've started again. I think its the extreme boredom and time spent by myself.

Yep, thats why I stopped so long ago. partialy hydrogenated vegitable oil is really horrible too. Between those things there aren't very many non organic foods you can eat though. Its a pain, but worth it to live a bit longer and more healthily.
