lots of work... but im movin kinda slow today.
had to deal with a flooded basement last night for about 5 hours and did a 4.5 mile run before that ... now my knees are killing me. heavy lifting + running ... not a good combo.

I'm trying man. I hate it. I used to always get up at 7 or so totally on my own.

biking used to help with sleeping.. but i haven't ridden in a month.
20-30 miles at a stupid fast pace on the roadie after work would knock me out by 11/12.. so i could get up at 7/8.
