Silly state? Ha, we don't have to deal with that white crap. However, that first day I had the car it did rain and it did slide.
I'll have to find an empty parking lot or something to get the feel of it. I'm slowly getting used to a slight slide, but my instincts are FWD biased so I don't want to get to carried away and not correctly reel the car back in.

When can I start claiming collectible insurance on the R? How many years does it take for a car to be classified as a "collectible"?

Classic is 20 years IIRC.
