even without you can still win by an easy 20 seconds.Bradstard wrote:I've been using the Minolta 88C-V you win with Gone Like the Wind. With a Stage 3 turbo that thing is NASTY!
I'm using a C6 Z06 in the lower level stuff, but I need to get some money set aside for when I hit level 15 to buy a ZR1 and race prep it.Bradstard wrote:I'm not sure if you guys have already figured this out, but the race prepped ZR1 is EXTREMELY competitive in the higher level races is you simple adjust the downforce all the way up.
to win like the wind you'll have roughly 800ish into it...... just make sure to race mod it before doing actual modifications to it.elambz wrote:I'm using a C6 Z06 in the lower level stuff, but I need to get some money set aside for when I hit level 15 to buy a ZR1 and race prep it.Bradstard wrote:I'm not sure if you guys have already figured this out, but the race prepped ZR1 is EXTREMELY competitive in the higher level races is you simple adjust the downforce all the way up.
Yeah I've stopped modding cars until I race mod them. The most I do is the $500 air filter, $1500 exhaust and the $1000 ECU upgrades with $3000 isn't hurting me and on some cars gives me a nice little boost of power.itrsteez wrote:to win like the wind you'll have roughly 800ish into it...... just make sure to race mod it before doing actual modifications to it.elambz wrote:I'm using a C6 Z06 in the lower level stuff, but I need to get some money set aside for when I hit level 15 to buy a ZR1 and race prep it.Bradstard wrote:I'm not sure if you guys have already figured this out, but the race prepped ZR1 is EXTREMELY competitive in the higher level races is you simple adjust the downforce all the way up.
You can do all the mods, race mod, and then go back into your garage and add all the parts.itrsteez wrote:to win like the wind you'll have roughly 800ish into it...... just make sure to race mod it before doing actual modifications to it.elambz wrote:I'm using a C6 Z06 in the lower level stuff, but I need to get some money set aside for when I hit level 15 to buy a ZR1 and race prep it.Bradstard wrote:I'm not sure if you guys have already figured this out, but the race prepped ZR1 is EXTREMELY competitive in the higher level races is you simple adjust the downforce all the way up.
Well I'm saying is that you will end up doubling up on a lot of the crap you've already purchased. I'm pretty sure when I got the ZR1 and race modded it the fully adjustable trans, drivetrain stuff, clutch, chassis weight reduction stuff, etc was already included.walker111 wrote:You can do all the mods, race mod, and then go back into your garage and add all the parts.itrsteez wrote:to win like the wind you'll have roughly 800ish into it...... just make sure to race mod it before doing actual modifications to it.elambz wrote:I'm using a C6 Z06 in the lower level stuff, but I need to get some money set aside for when I hit level 15 to buy a ZR1 and race prep it.Bradstard wrote:I'm not sure if you guys have already figured this out, but the race prepped ZR1 is EXTREMELY competitive in the higher level races is you simple adjust the downforce all the way up.
