Spoon does not participate in autocross or gymkhana at all. They focus all of their time/effort on road racing.
FWIW, I had a Spoon b pipe and Spoon N1 muffler and was happy with the setup. It is lighter than stock, but also much louder than stock.
I now have an Amuse R1 catback on both cars. It's much louder than the Spoon setup, but MUCH lighter also.

I friend of mine ordered one through Bulletproof Auto in the States, and he was happy with the service.
I ordered both of mine directly from Amuse and was very happy with their service both times.
BTW, when I got the first exhaust many years ago, there was no option of a silencer and there was only one type of canister. Now there is an option of a silencer and two types of canisters. The difference is where they "blued" the muffler.

Original style (only edge of tip is blue):
Newer style w/holes for a silencer (the canister is also blue):

IPS Racing - The Import Performance Specialists
With 25 years of experience in racing, Spoon Sports believes that a good car is
more than just a ... the drag strip,
the autocross course, or the street
FWIW, don't discredit the grassroots boys. I googled Spoon + autocross and look what I found.

Did you read the quote you pasted?
Spoon does not participate in autocross or gymkhana as I stated. I am not trying to discredit autocross or gymkhana, both are very fun, IMHO.
However, I asked Spoon if they participate in anything other than road racing and I was told they do not. I got my information straight from the horse's mouth.
