In case anyone didn't get the e-mail, the link to the directions is here.

Or, you can (a) enter 3100 Trailway, Highland Park IL 60035, into your nav system, or you can (b) click here for a Mapquest map, or you can (c) click here for driving directions.

Unfortunately I don't have a grill, but will be more than happy to do grill duty if someone else has one. If worse comes to worse and no one else volunteers I could always go get one of those disposable grills. In the meantime let me know if there's anything else I can do.

I have a grill I can borrow from my mom if no one else has one.

I haven't had any responses (via email), only in here. So... so far only about 1/4 of those invited have responded.

You guys coming or what?

i suggest e-mailing them again, and I will do the same. Tell them they need to respond so we have an idea of how much food we need as well as attendance. Is justin from indiana coming? Also i'd probaly mention the fact that king motorsports is coming and bringing their s2k n si w/ full mugen gear to the meet should be enough of a motivation. Unless *ahem* wai brings the spoon mobile out ^,~ after the repairs. Regardless i'll be e-mailing them every weekend if need be. How many so far have responded chris? i know some of them have e-mailed your their responses.

Everyone knows King is coming - its in the thread and in the email.

No more email reminders - they have enough.

I'll start up a food list next week and go from there.

If its a small meet - that's fine.

I got it under control - a few wisely placed links to this thread around the web should do the trick.

I'm in.

Regarding grills... keep in mind that the Park District sells permits for gatherings of more than a certain number of people (12, I think?). I'm not suggesting we buy a permit, especially since we have no idea who's coming. But the permanent grills are located next to pavilions, and presumably anyone who has been issued a permit by the Park District will have first dibs on the pavilion over anyone who has not.

Cliff's Notes version: Someone should bring a portable grill, just in case we can't use one that's already there.
