You got me.... I have not posted since ~March '07.

I logged on to check IM's and to try and get that "intellix advertisment blocker" info from my notepad (I have a new laptop at work that needs that 'patch')... and my password no longer works.

It looks like my account was "not" banned (still at 100% (was at 101%))... but that is only because they scrambled my password so it looks like I just don't log on anymore.

My 'past' comments = shrug... I guess not saying anything is a bad thing (aka: you are banned).

I removed some of 'my' content from some posts ~6 months ago.
I guess they don't like the removal of content from the site... and ban you as a result of it.

That just doesn't make any sense at all.

here is the deal...
I do live with my dad- works better for both of us.
Landlord is selling the house and told us we should consider moving, the unofficial contract with the new owner might not allow us to stay.
The R either has to find a secure garage or get sold. There is no way it will survive on the streets of NYC for long. Will would you want to keep and use it? Seriously- call me on that.
And moving from the NYC area at the moment would kill any chances of me keeping this new job that pays so damm well and that just gave me a bunch more scheduled jobs.

Living in Florida would be great Dave but the lack of work and a lack of a car would be suicidal. Don't get me wrong... I love Florida and would be there in a single heartbeat.

Just trying to see what I can do with a very small amount of money, but if I sell the R even for 10K would open a lot of options...



Now if I could find a one bdrm or studio ($600 or less) for myself anywhere within driving or train distance i'd be happy.


PS. I just got a call from a good friend and he has a safe garage space that I can rent-

Q: Do you think the new owner will rent the place? Do you think that they will raise the rate (none of my business)? Maybe speak with them and see if you have to move.

Damn Rob, hope things work out. Would be great if nothing changed and the new owner kept the status quo. Glad you have a backup spot for yer R....which you should never sell

My week hasn't been nearly as bad, but did have $400 of clothes stolen from a hotel room while at a SCCA race in daytona over the weekend and today got a 60 in a 40 speeding ticket.

Not banned from HT yet though
