just drove the R... but ripped a few turns and I remember what it's all about.
It feels so damm slow
I have bitten by the boost bug
from one garage to the other. I'm sitting in the garage where it has lived for 7 years and I feel sad. But happy it's safe in the new place.

ok...ok fast compared to the normal cars out there but definatly slower then the 275+whp wrx I dd.
I was so nervous about driving it. no anything legal on or about it.
and my tires are flat spotted from sitting so long
does anyone know how to get them round again?

x2 on the boost bug. I wish I had teh EVOs horsepower in an ITR.
(Btw, I'm makin' 400 @ flywheel now w/stock snail!)
I would not trust those tires at speed. They tend to seperate and throw chunks 0' tread arf.

treads blowing off... sounds like I would loose some body panels too
I guess ill have to take it easy until I can afford new tires

just do a nice big burnout and they'll pop back into normal shape

driving slowly should help?
well once the car is legal to drive I'll cruise around for a while and pray for a smooth ride- round tires.
Just to be clear... I never let them go flat, always had 30+ psi, they just sat.

I knew it was a bad idea to let Will keep the Silvia.
He already killed the clutch by doing burnouts outside of his house.
Man.
Not only is he murdering the car, but I swear I can HEAR the property values dropping in his neighborhood.

And I also drove an 07 Silverado to the shop, and couldn't figure out why I was doing 40 but still passing traffic in a 60 zone! Then I looked at the speedo and realized that it was an American truck. lol.
Kinda freaked me out for a minute.
