its actually orange/yellow. i have to wear that when i do site visits/inspections/survey's. being the only civil engineer in my section that can actually use survey equipment properly i'm the one that ends up going out all the time

I'm guessing you reccommended that cause you know the phone I have has an port for an external attenna? I have been searching for something but a few people said to be very carefull when using any attenna on the ATT8525 because they brick

You can also use them without a cable connection, but I'd recomend an external antenna to the amp. Wilson makes good chit but you're talking $300 for amp and another $50- $100 for an antenna. Wilson Amps
