back in 98 I was rearended by a guy driving a Uhaul, I called them up, faxed the Police report & two estimates for repair and they said 'sorry, we are fedex-ing you a check right now.'
Sometimes it works out great and then sometimes it can be the worst (when I got hit in the R took 5 months to get deserved money)
