How y'all been? I have decided that if I want to keep drinking beers and eating sausage biscuits, I need to fuggin' exercise. I bought Wii Fit for Bef's birthday, and have been using that, plus I got my old-skool road bike back and have been riding 3-4 times a week. Su-ucks, but I'm already getting my legs back.
