The wind is harsh here today as well. I was out running errands and then started my mile hike to class shortly after. I love being a senior and never leaving the same build on cold days like this one.

Currently 47 here, and calls for a low of around 42 or so in the morning.

Brisk, but not like WTDR 1 with 28 degree's and frost on the tent. LOL

Its all good, I've been dealing with it for years....Army said that the material between my discs is deteriorating more rapid than normal. PB ejected me out of a car when we were kids, lifting shit I shouldnt be lifting.....some of its my fault.

Damn, sorry to hear Jim. My father has that problem. Two complete discs are GONE in his lumbar area. He's in constant pain. Surgery is the best option but it's risky and not a gaurentee to fix the problem/pain.

Morn.

I'm considering going down to the Campus Rec and talking to a trainer. The goal being to get on a program to strengthen up my lower back. Though, it wouldn't hurt to put on some muscle. :o
