I really doubt GK said we can go fuck ourselves.

it is possible.... we all left and now he is high and dry, so anger might have gotten the best of him.
and it is possible that John made a joke.
but until some one steps up and clears this, we will never know.

I can understand how they could take it personally, but I hope they would understand how my/our reasoning have little to do with their efforts on the site.

Getting pics resized of todays work. The car got a "cheap shot" off on me... pics to explain. ROFL.

So have been working on the car and getting some things done...

Decals finally installed...



True way to reinstall a honda motor is from the bottom. This is getting it into position. With a lift, just remove the front 2 wheels and lower the car onto the motor.



I started with lining up the front mount.



Once the motor was in place, I went for the cross member or some call rear mount.



Buttoning up some other crap.



While under the car... and connecting the stabilizer bar and shift linkage... I was hammering in the pin for the shift linkage with the stabilizer bar what I thought snub on top of the exhaust... I was wrong.

After a few hits on the pin, I see this black flash and WHAM. Thank god my mouth was closed and didn't hit anywhere else. Upper lip is still numb at the moment.



After the linkage it was time to unbolt the sussy again and put the axles in place.



So right now, the short block is back in the car, trans in the car, axles back in the car, sussy all buttoned up and the car is rolling again.

Tomorrow I plan to get the front of the motor back together along with putting the head and new head bolts in. Hopefully, I get there (without to much BSing and fawking around) and then on Friday I can wire the rest of things and fire the car up... hopefully.
