The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.

Anything goes? Well, if you keep it clean and aren't obnoxious.

It's been on the Market since August, that's the only thing that makes me wonder. Not sure if that's due simply to the economy or something due to the condition of the house.

Really, might throw a conditional offer on it if it checks out. We're just going to window shop tonight to see if we want to go to the next step.

Friggin steal for 250 and on a golf course (not that I'm a golfer, just nice to know your neighborhood will always be kept up well.)
that's 250!?!? is it fucking gutted?

Did I inspire you to golf course living or do you just want snoody white neighbors?

LOL... Going out your back patio and looking at a shitload of grass that you didn't have to cut is very rewarding!

There has to be something up with that house to list it at that price... I know the market well enough around here to say that should be in the 350-425k range.

With that being said driving an hour to cary everyday this week showed me that commuting isn't that bad at all.. So far the Triangle area, greenville, sc and SC region south of charlotte are looking like mighty attractive places to move next... however I don't see that happening entirely too soon.

I will kick you in the chins, if you move anywhere else outside the Triangle! Especially with me finally getting into a house and all here soon.

Stupid question time.

I have a hunk of shit on my drivers seat that I can assume was gum from 5 years ago but beyond that the seats are amazing, no fading at all so I was wondering if I could replace just the bottom part and I found this..

http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/jsp ... vinsrch=no

look at part #17 81532-ST7-J21 do you think that's for an ITR? I'm leaning towards yes but they use that diagram for everything and I'd hate to order a leather GSR bottom or something random.

I think Johnston County got reamed during the whole real estate thing. Move it a few miles west and it's instantly a 300k house. Move it to Cary and it's 400k :P

The only thing I can think of is that it's 3br. Bef has been drooling over houses in that category, and almost everything she's looked at has been 4br in that style/square footage. Glen Laurel is a nice course though.
I've had beer at VIR, Summit Point, CMP, Roebling, Road Atlanta, BeaveRun, Gingerman, MAM, Lowe's Motor Speedway...

I think it should be one of these. For some reason yours are all showing for a 95 Integra.

or
81531-ST7-A31ZA COVER, L. FR. SEAT CUSHION TRIM NH1L: BLACK 419.89

I'd call and check though.
