I'm not judging her, but I think that is sad. I'm sad for her and I'm sad that this is the image our society has. My brother has a friend in Sweden he met a few years ago. She came to NY last year and seriously thought NYC was just like Sex and City. My brother had to enlighten her.

The end of the article gives me the impression she didn't find what she was looking for. I hope she is still able to find what (or who) she is looking for.

What would you guys say a salvaged 98 shell is worth. Full rolling shell, just needs a swap. Friend wants to buy my car and give me his shell. Need to see what I could get for it reasonably on the market

Not until I sell the R. And that's assuming I don't end up selling the TL too. It's gonna take some time to get the wheels shipped so by the time the wheels get here after I buy em, the car might be sold.

There is sufficient evidence to indicate that the rate of increase in output per unit increase of input decreases as the input increases

Looks like 14,500 is the lowest this guy will go on the fit. KBB's for 15,000 private party so I guess it's a fair deal. I don't think I'll find a used one in better shape. Never driven in the rain, oddly enough never washed - just "dusted." Ermmm ok.

It's a used car, 14k is more than reasonable. Show up on his door with the amount YOU want to pay and he'l accept. Just be like, here is 14k ....take it, or leave it.

I personally feel that is too much for a used Fit. I like the Fits and all, but that is a bunch of money for a lacking in thrills car. I would be looking at used TSX's if I were you....

40+mpg and four doors is what thrills me about em. It does have practically brand new parts that easily are worth a grand, if not more. KBB says the car is worth 15k, and in all my endeavors KBB has never done me wrong. PLus last night looking at fits for hours, they seem to retain their value pretty well. For $500, I don't think I'll make much of a fit about it. teehee
