Looking at some Fit stuff.

I purchased a oem si-r lip for my 97 hatch from them, the price was great, but they charged a arm and a leg for shipping....I think this is how they made more money on the sale...

I ship bikes(oversize) out daily for less than what the lip cost to get shipped to me.....

Maybe on small parts they are more reasonable....

That's awesome! Did they ever compete with that caR?
:)

I paid out the rear for shipping on OEM JDM ITR shocks ~2 years ago (when is old my GS-R). I even called and complained, pointing out how much it had cost me to ship a set of Tein SS's the week before without a business discount.

It was built by the main crew guy that worked on the NSX.

No it didn't compete. Everything but the shell was from a donor car from Honda, and a guy who worked at RTR built it.

wow! awesome find. So it's a WI car that you drove back to FL? I've lost track.

Yeah. I have know the owner since I was young. My mom used to work at Realtime, and I used to oogle over the type Rs when I would go and visit her. I still remember they had a nice yellow one just sitting in the back storage stop- all gravel and it smelled like pee. I would go check it out every time I was there. Later to find out that, that yellow on was my cars donor. :)

Andrew was happy that the car was going to someone who knew all the work and time he has put into it. I am very happy to have the car, just needs to TLC and it should be good to go.

Tonights Gator/Bama game is going to be nice on the neighbors 72" flat screen. The stadium seating shall be nice too.

<---- beer is chilling in the fridge now.

I'm stoked! I figured you'd know that based on my FB status. :P

I'm loving the facts that all of the critics are against FL. Which as much as as fan I am they've got it tough playing in Tuscaloosa.

So I need a couple spring bolts, a couple nuts, and a flange welded onto the mid pipe and the R will be somewhat drivable again. Just need to fix the srs cable reel issue and I'll be all good.

So apparently the Glen is only ~10.5hr drive from Greenville. Next year sir, next year. :D

Long time dude. I hope all is well. Send Steve a PM. He officially has a parts car so I'm sure he can help you acquire some odds and end nuts/bolts/srs reel.

nice! can't wait to go there eventually

Had a constructive day with the black car, fixed a ton of annoyances that have been driving me nuts since I bought it a year ago.
-rear hatch actuator
-hatch shocks
-rotted rear lower tie bar
-radio antenna mast stuck in the up position
-sanded/painted the lightly cooroded bumper stiffener

now maybe one of these weeks it'll actually get painted.
