Spent on food or dining out? Given that you have a real family I'm sure you have to spend a considerable amount on food. I just added up the pointless dining out, sheerly out of laziness.

We eat out a ton as a family as well as lunch everyday (wife and I both eat out).
Ikea furniture and shelves are a great idea until you remove all of that furniture from a room. Holy shit mudding all of those holes is a pain in the ass. Hope to be painting by noon...

I like pad see ew. Careful with how hot you get it, it will sneak up on you. It's not like wings...I got hot one time and it was nice but burned like a mother phucker about 2 hours later...

I googled that and I now remember why thai food has never really been a huge interest of mine. ha!
No, but that might be a safe bet.

Steve- I too (finally) plan to attend WMHM this year. Those VIR villa's look nice but we would need a list of people on board to help those costs. I also eat out a ton. I want to start eating better and saving cash.
Eric- I love Thai food.

Correct, maybe it was pipe dreaming but you know chad, patrick and andy will already be there for the UTCC stuff then the rest would just be getting a solid group of dudes that just wanted to tear up VIR, which for some reason is normally a hard sale.

I'll have to see what's going on in July but I would love to get out on the track at VIR. Be a good group of guys to try my first crack at VIR and of course hanging out with some cool peeps.

Definitely worth it, especially if you could get paired up with slagg as your instructor. It'll be an emotionally abusive weekend but will be highly beneficial.

Don't get me wrong, wmhm sounds like a hoot but I'm saving the long distance trips this year for Ledges and whatever possible Barber date comes up with NASA. VIR deserves an annual trip anyway

I'd likely be in. WMHM is lots of fun, but gingerman is not.

Greetings. I'm off to Knoxville/Charlotte tomorrow. It's been a long week+ but I'm ready to head back.

Car is packed and I'm ready to roll. Dad is out and about. Once he returns (~10 minutes) I'm off.

Bef and I bought a Nook Color yesterday. Nice little unit, but it does have some warts. The touchscreen seems to have a slightly dead area along the right-hand side, sometimes you have to hit it just right to type a "P" in portrait mode. The browser controls need updating desparately - navigation is actually a pain, and pinch-to-zoom isn't enabled for some reason.
I've got the stuff gathered to root it, which will hopefully allow for a real browser to be installed. But ours had a dead pixel out of the box, so I have to swap it out first.
