it was hopeless trying to drive out there today, it was ice capades with the fayetteville all stars. There was a huge traffic jam on a hill and total loss of momentum didn't allow me to go anywhere but 180 so I drove my happy ass home. The Michelin all seasons on it weren't doing so hot, not even going to try with the RE-11's :)

And here I am "snowed in" working remotely...

I must say it's halarious all of these neighbors trying to get up the hill in front of my house.

Hope to have vids of it later.

Are y'all getting snow or a mix? I need a spy in Johnston County to tell me when to leave work

It's straight snow right now... It was ash's first day at State and she said everything was fine north of Dunn but I guess it's going to get bad later?

Yeah, it's supposed to head up this way too. An inch or more of snow, up to a quarter-inch of ice. Just want to get home before it gets shitty.

All in due time I guess. It's definitely on my list.

I was psyched about the snow until I realized I didn't have any food and my driveway is kinda so so steep. It's funny that I have more food at the office than I do here. :P Fortunately I bought some spaghetti sauce Friday night.

My neighbors must not have kids....ghost town in my neighborhood. I'v only seen a few full-size (4wd?) trucks leave. Part of me wants to leave...but I do have some apprehension about going down/up my driveway.

If nothing else I need to go out and take some pictures.

I just walked out and snapped some pictures. This is by far the most snow I'v ever been around. Pretty cool, but it is cold. This is the first time my Timberland's haven't served me well.
