LOL@Jim's editing

Yup. Finally read the instructions!

Thanks! I thought they turned out pretty good considering that I just held the camera in my hand.

2 new ones from earlier today. I totally missed an oportunity to shoot a R32 Skyline. I wish I would have had my camera in the car. It was a dark grey, almost gunmetal color. Hot looking car!!!

Anyway, on to these 2.

And a little closer.

I like that one alot Dave. The last one is excellent. I'd like to see it a bit sharper, but that is really a great shot. Kudos to you Dave!

I think a slight "unsharp mask" in photoshop would really help that picture alot. I think theres a how-to in the post production forum on AP.

Thanks man. It was odd, I was loading the camera up for different reasons and just happened to spot him on the pencil tree. I had to rush to capture the shot. I think he came out pretty good for the time I had and no tripod!

I wish I had PS. I need to get a copy of that soon.

Here are a few pictures from my trip to Utah. I was helping move my gf out there so we drove a Uhaul almost 1900miles out there towing her car behind it and then i flew back after a week. Just got back today.

One of the many amazing skys we saw on this journey. This one just east of St. Louis. (very grainy, but you get the idea.)
Image

5am in the middle of Wyoming. This was by far the best. I have lots more as the sun comes up. Yes those are miles of windmills.
Image

Rest stop after finally making it into Utah. It was very very bright.
Image

I'm ridiculously tired, but she's ridiculously beautiful.
Image

Off the top of a hill at the rest stop looking at where we were headed next.
Image

and of course, the beer I was telling you about. Its excellent by the way.

More will come sooner or later.

No I couldn't unfortunately and they cant' ship outside of Utah. I wasn't even allowed chapstick, deoderant, or a bottle of water on my flights, much less a six-pack of beer.
