I've never met them yet including Pat Smith, wish I could so I can hook-up with them for coffee or something. I'm actually 300 miles north of Edmonton in a small city of Fort McMurray, and the only ITR in town . but there's quite a few other tuners mostly Subies, Cobalts, & SRT4 but I love my R

So ausrim, do you come to Edmonton often from Fort McMisery?
It's always good to meet the local R owners.

Last summer I go down to Edmonton every other weekend, now my work schedule is 12days straight and 12hrs./day till December and I park the car in the garage now, hibernating

Are you coming to Expo? maybe I can give you a buzz when I get a chance to go to Edmonton from Fort McMoney(Fort McMissery), It's nice to meet the R owners down there.

Ya, I know all about the crazy hours up north. Makes my job seem like a walk in the park.

It's good to hear that you're a responsible owner and keep heR tucked away for the winter. So many people don't.

I'm actually an ex-R owner, as mine was stolen a while back. But I still keep in touch with all the R boys.
Let me know next time you're heading down, and we'll get together. I'm planning on going to EXPO, but we'll have to see if it's financially feasible.

I say regardless of if you come to expo or not. you go ahead and get your passport now so you definitely have it by then.

I'm wondering if you happen to know Derek Stakniak, he's got an ITR as well and he tuned my car last summer.

Along those lines, I would like to recommend Dan Unkefer (unkefer@hipercon.com) as the classroom instructor. Dan has many years experience as chief and classroom instructor for BMWCCA, FCA, PCA, NASA, and CarGuys,Inc.

I will mail my check in with the $ for all 3 of us (and have a note with it).

Is that ok or does each person have to create an account?

I'll try to make it....if i don't have to work...But i'll def look into putting in for leave for this. Sounds like a blast. A few of my friends from PA went to VIR last year for some big event. Dunno if this is what they were talking about. But they said it was a blast. Hopefully i'll make it. Any word on cost(s) yet?
