I agree but as long as gravity is doing its job, and nobody is f#$%ing with the pedal no air will get inside.

I did this with brakes and clutch pedal with no ill effects. Hell if ya want try it both ways and see which one works the best. I have never done it anyother way.

So another new clutch mc is in, the system is bled....we'll see tomorrow if there is still pressure in the system.....

Yeah, everything has been replaced. Put the new mc in last night, re-bled the system. Pedal felt great last night, go to drive it this morning, not enough pressure.

We did not use the power bleeder as I had anticipated. I think we're going to bring it up to the shop (King) this weekend and try the power bleeder.

I would reccomend when bleeding to run a whole bottle of fluid through the system.

We bled it last night running a hose from the bleeder valve to the reservoir. Must have pumped the pedal for 15-20 minutes. Seemed to work more effectively than just using the hand pump vacuum bleeder.

I dont know about that method. Once you use the mityvac(sp?) you wont want to use anything else!!
