Florida is sorta 16 as well.. only if the older person is 24 or older is it 18, if you are 23 you can hook up with a 16 year old in florida.

see, up here and I think most states actually, have a 3 year grace period for underage girls. so like if she's 15 you're ok if you're 18, but no older. and then after 16 things start to open up.

almost every interstate in wv is 70mph and the roads are super nice.....at least compared to the surrounding states.

yeah i nevaR think twice about doing 80-85 in WV. Even the short amount of time i usually spend going through there on my way to VA i never see cops.

yep, WV majorly rocks when it comes to driving. Some of the best mountain roads anywhere too.
