LOL. I can only imagine what the hell was on the end of that rod. I struggled my ass off for 20 minutes trying to gain on that fish. I'd get 10-15 feet of line in, and he'd take it right back. He woulnd't peel the line like a king or cuda. Whatever the hell it was, was huge. It would just take the line back slowly...

Ok, so finally here's some actual fish pics. Shovel head shark caught about 30 yards from the beach. Kingfish was of course out there...

Nobody drank that gatoraid. We had the food and stuff in the smaller cooler. That big cooler is a 196 qt for reference.

Yep, the King fish is. If we would have been farther off shore and caught some Dolphin, Mahi is great!

We need to just have a WTDR fishing trip. You guys all come down to FL for a long weekend and we'll make sure to charter a boat for like 6-8 of us. Jim, Rob, Will, You, ROR and a few others... That would be a blast!
