I think you are for two main reasons. These rims usually go for $400-500 in mint/great condition. The market is slimmer too, since most usually have these wheels already. On another note, its terribly hard to get any money out of tires(even if they are brand new). ex: I just bought a set of wheels with 1200miles on the rims and tires. I got the set for $200 less than what the rims sell for new.

Its hard to say, but you may have better luck splitting them. That could be an addition $60 if you don't have friends that can dismount tires. Goodluck, I want a mint set of CW wheels but a running car is my top priority.

I think the lack of center caps isn't helping either and Ryan is about on point.
