I have two mint ITR non-SRS steering wheels. I would rate them 9.5/10 since they are not brand new. One was removed from a 98 model year and the other a 00 model year. No dirty, faded stitching. Horn "H" not faded.

Are you sure about the model year? I think 98+ do have SRS.
