I wanna purchase a Type R at the end of February my budget is 9k-11k, what type of condition and millage do guys believe I can acquire with that amount. My preference is CW or PY?

you can probably find a PY that's in okay shape for around 11k
You see a few for around 9-11k, but typically condition isnt the best.
