WTB 1998 Type R or Newer for 9k

Post by integra94ls »

Does anyone have a R that their looking to sell for 9k. I want a PY but I know I will not find one for cheap. Let me know what you guys have. Looking for stock not really modified, true quality mods for a R (mugen, toda) really raise the price. I posted an ad here before a couple days ago for February but know how hard they are to find and want to get moving on my search.

For 9k you won't get much of an R dude, it will have 150k+ miles and probably be pretty beat up. If you can get that 9k up to 13k or so you could get a decent R. Good Luck :)

Thing is people on this site really take pride in their R and should ask more, I've seen a handful for under 10K on this and honda-tech. Their was a PY with 79,000 miles that sold for 8900 two weeks ago on ebay you just gonna be patient and find them. I really don't want to spend the extra 3k i'm gonna rebuilt it OEM anyways, because of the piston rings.

Assuming clean title, to get an R under $9k it'll either need an immediate motor and/or tranny rebuild, very high mileage (150+), body damage, or riced the fawk out. It is very very possible and becoming more common as these get older. Quite a few just in the past year sold for $6-9k with clean titles. Good luck in your search :!:
