What is the difference b/t JDM ITR Intake manifold and USDM?

Like the question states up top, what is the difference b/t JDM ITR intake manifold vs. the USDM intake manifold? Are the ports larger? Is the JDM not smog legal? Any help will greatly be appreciated.

I'm not 100% but I think it's the vacuum ports for emmision stuff & TB is the same size.

Yeap. It was like 1 vacum location off. other than that same.
