Actually they're 15" UKDM wheels, same style as the JDM 16" wheels but 15". They're pretty light for a factory wheel only 13.0 lbs.

Interesting! I ordered a set of white UKDM rims from autrian_typeR on honda-tech.com
They'll be wrapped with Falken Azenis and doing racing duty for me as soon as they arrive from Europe.
I have an '00 ITR exactly like yours, #1454. Welcome and keep posting
