I am considering chaning my lower control arm to skunk 2 or function7 let me know what you think guys when is more suited for an R

Personally, I run the PIC rear LCA's and have no complaints. Can't really comment on the others though. Do you have stock suspension, or aftermarket? Are you stock bushings worn out?
