Where does this plug in to?

I accidentally unplug this piece tube. I been trying to find the hole or plug for the past days. does anyone know where this plugs in to? when i turn on the engine it sucks in air and its making my rpm rev back and forth from 1000k to 4000k; i dont know if this plugs into the bottom of my jackson racing supercharger manifold, theres really tight spaces and i cannot find any open hole to plug it in.

This tube is located right next to the throttle body and the tube can only go so far. so it has to plug into something.
The other end of this tube connects to the PVC.

Any help would be appreciated.

That is part of the PCV system. The open end plugs into the top of the black box located on the back of the block. It is directly blew the IM on the coolant side.
