Hi all, long time H-T member took a hiatus for a while when I sold my turbo RS. I've owned a few tegs over the years including a couple of R's. I am now the proud owner of a completely OEM 98 ITR #747. Looking forward to getting to know you all, and maybe bumping into some familiar faces on here.
Cheers

I just wanted to post a little update about the car. When I bought it there were a FEW very minor little imperfections which I've spent some time correcting.
-The rear bumper was sagging a little bit because one of the plastic clips was broken. That has been repaired.
-The windows rattled a bit when they were down and when the doors were being closed. This has been repaired. Again, just the little plastic tabs were worn out.
-I had a turn signal go. I suspect I may need to change the corner lens out because water seems to be collecting in there.
-I acquired two sets of 00 rugs brand new and a set of 98 checkered mats brand new. That should keep the interior looking great for years to come.
-I also acquired a brand new shift knob with the red stitching because the one that is currently installed is a bit worn. I'm going to keep the new one in a box for now.
-I had to replace one of the plastic trim pieces along the passenger side windshield because of worn plastic tabs again.
-I had to paint one of the wiper arms
-I acquired a 1998 owners manual in mint condition with the leather case on Ebay for $5 plus $4.95 shipping
-I may need to replace the battery

I like to buy cars from people like you! Always keeping the little details spic-n-span! I bought brand new floormats for my car, then I put in clear plastic ones over top of them. I only take those out on rare (and dry) occasions. Keeps them looking brand spanking new!
