2001 Black ITR - Texas

For sale is my 2001 Black Type-R #1039 w/ 141,XXX miles on it. $8,250 OBO / no trades.
Clean Title in hand / Car is in Houston, TX.
I am the original owner and it is for sale as my wife and i are expecting in may.
The car was purchased in Austin and is bone stock except for dealer installed comptech intake, headers and full exhaust.
The car has been used as my daily driver since I bought it back in 2001 and only garaged over the last year.
The timing belt, water pump, powersteering/alternator/comp belts were all replaced at 107,XXX miles back in May 2007.
I am currently running cooper zeon zpt 205/50/15 tires (rear tires don't have much thread life left).
Since this car was used as my daily driver, it has several dings, dents and scratches of a car this age. Both bumper covers probably need to be repainted if spider cracks / rocks-bug marks bother you. The hatch release doesn't work perfectly and must be opened with the key. Paint around side mirror has flaked off.
The only components not original are the left headlight and fender, rear tail-lights and the hatch. There is also a crack in the front chin spoiler from hitting a cone in the road. There is also a small oil leak from the oilpan seal.
