2000 Black Type R for sale - Minnesota

my family give me no choice but to sell my 2000 integra type R. i hate to do this but i have to now, because of financial problem in the family. i am asking for $13k. i will sell in here for a month and then i will put in local. car is located in Minnesota.
2000 Integra Type R (black)
-85,000 miles (original engine and mile)
-CLEAN TITLE
-No rust at all (under body is clean also)
-Very clean engine bay, no any fluid leak anywhere
-Power steering + Heat + A/C are working great
-Store all times in garage every year from September – June. (drive little in summer)
-New oil and filter every 2,500 miles
-pioneer cd player
basically stock + some after market parts like header, exhaust, and intake
-Fujitsubo exhaust system (RM01A)
-JDM password powerchamber air intake system
-DC polished stainless steel 4-1 header
