2000 FBP 57K miles Connecticut - PHOTOS POSTED
2000 FBP 57K miles Connecticut - PHOTOS POSTED
SOLD
#0241 FBP
PHOTOS POSTED BELOW
After five great years of R-ownership, I'm thinking it's time. It's been a great ride.
The good:
CLEAN title.
57K miles; body in decent shape - no parking lot dings.
Stock engine
Hytech full exhaust system
Kirk competition roll bar
Koni DA yellows
Ground Control on top of the Konis and extended mounts on the front (springs 650# front; 750# rear)
Upper adjustable control arms front and rear
Exedy stage 2 clutch
ACT light weight flywheel
NSX front brake calipers (with Acura Legend Brembo rotors)
Sparco six-point harness
Adult and sanely driven on the street (I'm in my 50s)
Timing belt and water pump changed at 53K miles.
The less than good:
1) I used it for what it was designed to do. Autocross and Time Trials. It's not a garage queen.
2) It was just taken for a joy ride by someone other than me and recovered less than 10 hours later.
3) It's a New England car. It's NOT my daily driver, but it has been driven in the rain and snow (less so).
4) 3rd gear synchro is periodically notchy. Nothing critical that needs immediate attention at all. Not an uncommon thing with ITRs.
$15K - negotiable. NO swaps. NO stupidly lowball offers (please, I don't need the money). NO kids (if you need your parent's permission or money or credit to buy this car, I'm not going to sell it to you). If you want to keep things private, please PM me and we can email. I've got a lot of pix I can show you.
Negotiable: VOLK TE-37 15" x 8" Wheels (bronze) used only one season. These will ONLY be sold with the car. All four wheels fit on the R with Hoosier 225/45/15 R6 tires, in case you're curious. Very nice set up, and a very hard to get wheel (not available anymore).
Spare stuff I'll sell separately:
Stock USDM Header (about 50K miles on it)
Stock lower airbox
