I have as of right now a Mugen intake, Hondata intake manifold gasket, Hytech header, Renault high flow cat, Hytech Twin-Loop cat back exhaust.
I have been reading on some threads about people using aftermarket gaskets and I have been considering purchasing one to up my compression, but I don't know which one to go with. I see quite a bit of you guys going with the Mugen metal gasket. But I have also been looking at Spoon, Toda, and Buddy Club as well. I am not wanting to go with the wrong head gasket that will hurt performance.
As far as now, I am wanting to stay with an N/A setup but if I did decide later to go forced induction I would go with JRSC.

Re: HEAD GASKET QUESTION (INCREASE COMPRESSION)
I would not pull the head just to put a different head gasket in. If you are changing pistons/cams and other work at the same time, maybe. But pulling the head just for a different HG is rediculous IMO

Re: HEAD GASKET QUESTION (INCREASE COMPRESSION)
I get you. I am getting my head ported and polished by Port Flow as Soon as I receive my tax money. So I just figured I'd understand this and get an aftermarket head gasket.

I have narrowed it down to Mugen or Spoon.
