2001 PY Integra Type-R w/ 37,4XX miles

Hi guys, Im posting this here first because I want this R to go to a dedicated R lover first and foremost. I am in no rush to sell as this car is paid off. Clean title and carfax. Purchased it with 32k miles on it. 3rd owner, with the first being an older man in his 50s, second owner was a 27yr old who barely drove it. I bought it 3 years ago and Im 28 now. Has been to Expo 7 but beyond that, has always been taken cared off and stored in a garage. This R is located in the MD/DC/VA area.
I have had the tranny fluid flushed and replaced with Honda MTF, ATE blue for the brake fluids, and Castrol Syntec 0w-30 Euro blend for the oil. The body is in excellent shape with no dings or dents. Paint is fantastic also. There are minor chips in the front bumper consistent with a 30k mile car, but other than that the car is a joy to look at. The interior is in fantastic shape with no scratches, tears, fading anywhere. I replaced the center console with a new one because of scratches from the previous owner. Also bought a blank badge with new armrest(original sits in my condo).
The R has no engine mods besides a red AEM CAI. Here is the small list of items I have purchased for my R.
-Gunmetal JDM 16's in mint condition with Azenis with 90% tread left.
-Black JDM Recaros in excellent condition
-Euro R spec floormats
-JDM shift boot
Unfortunately, the original seats and rims are gone but I still have the original 01 floormats in mint condition.
Asking 18k fairly firm. DO not bother to email me with any significantly lower offers. Again, I would highly prefer this R to go to a R lover or previous R owner and not some high school kid. Sfedai0@comcast.net for any questions.
