i was wondering if the 17" mugen mf-10's would fit on my 98' itr? is the 5 lug bolt pattern and the off-set the same? if so how would the rims perform on handling and acceleration

Yeah they will fit, try searching in the ITR forum on H-T some guy on there has a set of 16" and 17" and did a little comparo between the two a while back.
