clean title 98 itr shells (only year to come in CW in US with 98 front/rear) is a hard find.

They are? I still see them for sale a lot. I bought a clean title/stock 98 last year for $9000, granted it took a half year of searching. But they're out there if you're patient enough to look. I wouldn't give any more than 5 for that shell.
