I had t-belt, water pump and vc gasket all done somewhere between 115-120k. Don't remember exactly when. The parts when they came off looked newish but the previous owner had me worried so I did them.

Cool cool. How did the valve retainers look? I've been thinking of popping the VC off just to check them.
