2000 ITR - FBP, Unmodified, 71,500 Miles

Guys, I just joined the forum recently to pass along my baby of many years, to someone who will appreciate her.

I have a number of pics, service history, etc...but wanted to get an idea of interest first, as I am going out of town this evening.

-no wrecks
-only modification is audio. $3,800 JL system installed in Columbus, Ohio by Columbus Car Audio. Very well done, all interior speakers switched to JL's, Eclipse Head Unit with Sirius & Ipod capabilities/adapters, 2 JL amps mounted on back of rear seat, 1 pro wedge JL 10" sub. The system is near perfect in reproduction of sound, not a overly boomy cheap system. All components could be removed, but I don't know why you would.
-all original interior. Have purchased over the years, new old stock mats and arm rest to be included with the sale
-All rotors and pads replaced with OEM parts last year
-Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2's all around last year
-Only problem is that the antennae stays up. Probably a fix I can have done prior to sale. Also, small paint area on the head has flaked, but I don't want to cover it up, as it is original only once.
-I am the second owner, paint shines like it was when I purchased it from the original owner.
-No rust, garaged all the time with a cover on it.
-Not a daily driver.
-Badge number 00-1101
-No mechanical mods
-Have original sales window sticker for the car too

Car drives and looks new still. I have a list of service records as well.

Shoot me an email and I will get some pics posted very soon.

Jeremy

Without price and pictures you probably won't get much interest.

Here are some pics and other information:

- Mileage: 71,5xx
- no wrecks
- Drives and looks new still, and handles very tight. I have a packet of all original service records
- only modification is audio. $3,800 JL system installed in Columbus, Ohio by Columbus Car Audio. Very well done, all interior speakers switched to JL's, Eclipse Head Unit (CD8445) with Sirius & Ipod capabilities/adapters, 2 JL amps (1-75Wx4 and 1-250Wx1) mounted on back of rear seat, 1 pro wedge JL 10" sub. The system is near perfect in reproduction of sound, not a overly boomy cheap system. All components could be removed, but I don't know why you would. If you wanted to remove the sub for weight purposes, it is easily detachable via banana clips
- Original interior, except for audio mentioned above and pedal kit (easily removed). Have purchased new old stock mats and arm rest to be included with the sale, as the driver floor mat has worn. I have both driver and passenger mats new, but still in box. Driver side looks fine. Arm rest is in good condition. I just bought one for future replacement, as I planned on keeping the car forever.
- All rotors and pads replaced with OEM parts last year - stops on a dime.
- Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2's all around last year - great all season sport tire, although the car is only driven during warm months.
- Only problem is that the antennae stays up. Probably a fix I can have done prior to sale. Also, small paint area on the head has flaked, but I don't want to cover it up, as it is original only once.
- I am the second owner, paint shines like it was when I purchased it from the original owner.
- No rust, garaged all the time with a cover on it.
- Not a daily driver.
- Badge number 00-1101
- No mechanical mods ever - car was a balanced machine out of the factory
- Have original sales window sticker for the car too, leather bound owner's manual, pen, etc.

I am the second owner since Summer 2005.

Price = $15,000

AHHHH - I'm having problems cropping the reducing the pixel sizes wide and tall to upload into this post. I will do some research and repost once I figured it out. I'm sure I will be able to find it in a FAQ somewhere on here. Sorry for the delay!!!

Nothing, no interest at all? Am I priced too high or am I not marketing it correctly? Thanks!

EXTREMELY clean R. I personally think it's just going to take time to find someone looking for a sweet stockeR for $15k.

Its tough finding someone to shell out 15k for a 10yr old car these days. i would say you will wind up getting about 13-13,500

Very nice example of an unmolested R......

Guys and Gals,

I purchased the R almost 5 years ago from a good friend of mine. I recently became aware that he was involved in a very minor rear end collision in 2002. At the time I purchased it, he did not mention it and from looking at the car, I would have never guessed.

Anyway, details are a cop rear ended him at a stop light going approximately 5mph. Bumper damage only and it was fied oem.

Sort of bums me out now, but I thought I would pass this on. You would never know, just fyi, as the car looks and drives flawlesssly.

My final price is $12,000 if any of you are interested. You can contact me at fultz.jeremy@gmail.com or call me at 614-588-7413.

This is a really nice car for the money. As a matter of fact, I can't believe the crap people buy for +$20k these days.

Ciao!

And a great thanks to you Jeremy as I was the one who purchased 00-1101. It took ten hours to get her home from Ohio via the twists and turns on I77 back to South Carolina's Lowcountry. She got 31.62 miles per gallon on the way home- after 35 years driving I've never had a car do that running 4500 rpm all day! The car is in great shape and really not showing her age or mileage. If cars could be "cougars" this would be one of them. Jeremy was sad to see her go. That's the kind of guy you want to buy a car from. She was loved and cared for and it shows. Looking forward to joing the ITR community for years to come.
