ITR Expo Gallery on website

It's not complete as I just started it last night. The goal is to have this ready to roll for this year's event and allow live uploading from the community during the event.

One of these days I want one of you PS guru's to edit out the blue tape on the front of my car in the pic for the Expo 7 gallery so I can make a poster out of that one.
